Mr. Way has been recognized as a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer since 2004. He has tried over 100 cases before a Jury, both civil and criminal.
Mr. Way is admitted in all the Federal Courts in Florida, the US Northern, Middle and Southern Districts. Mr. Way is also admitted to the US Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida.

We have handled cases in federal court in Florida, Alabama and Arkansas. We have practiced in 49 counties in Florida and counting. We pride ourselves on our diverse trial practice in cases ranging from family law to bankruptcy to DUIs to corporate civil litigation. If there's a judge in the Courtroom, we have probably handled the type of case being heard.
Mr. Way is active in the local bar as a Member of the 2nd Judicial Circuit Professionalism Panel and with the Florida Bar, most recently completing a 3 year term as a member of the Board of Legal Specialization and Education.
Family Law (State & International) and Bankruptcy
The absolute hardest type of legal matter to go through alone is a family law matter. We understand and sympathize with the emotional and financial toll a family law case can take. But we are here to help with resolution of the matter, whether it be a simple divorce or a highly contested custody dispute.
We handle divorces, paternity cases, alimony and child support modification, custody modification, and step-parent adoptions among other family law related matters.
Mr. Way also has experience with Hague Convention cases and International Parental Kidnapping, both on the civil and criminal side.
With the current economic conditions, We have re-established our bankruptcy practice. We handle individual and business Chapter 7 cases and small business Chapter 11 cases.

Ethan Andrew Way started helping clients in January 1997, as a Certified Legal Intern with the Office of the Public Defender, 2nd Judicial Circuit in Quincy, Florida. Since then, criminal law has been Mr. Way's passion. in 2004, Mr. Way was certified as a Board Certified Criminal Trial Lawyer.
