Help me help you

When reaching out to a lawyer to discuss a legal matter, if you have any documents or material – PLEASE – be able to readily share it with the lawyer.   I get a lot of calls that seem to center on “A,B, and C” only to be presented documents a short time later that are “D,E and F”.   Please help me help you by sending relevant documents along before we speak or provide them while we are meeting.
